With current media platforms, some people may choose to voice comments or concerns regarding our practice and its services on social media. Some of these comments may be negative, inaccurate and offensive in nature.
Should any of these posts be brought to the attention of the Partners or Practice Manager, we may contact you directly to arrange a meeting about the issues you have raised. These posts may also be reported to the appropriate moderator.
Depending on the post, this could be viewed as a potential breakdown in Doctor/Patient relationship and may result in your removal from the practice list.
The Partners of Comber Family Practice have a duty of care to the health, safety and wellbeing of its staff and clinicians.
Patients of the practice are expected to adhere to the following code of conduct;
Please send any comments, complaints or suggestions in writing to the Practice Manager. These can also be given verbally to reception staff to pass on to the Practice Manager.
The practice will respond to any complaints inline with Practice Complaints Policy.
