Comber Family Practice

The practice will be closed for training on Wednesday 23rd September 2026 from 1pm. 

Please collect all prescriptions before 1pm.

The practice will reopen at 8.30am on Thursday 24th September 2026. 

MEN B Vaccination is available for those born between 2/7/2007 and 1/7/2008, as well as those aged under 25 and starting Higher Education for the first time. 

Yous will require 2 doses of the Vaccine.

The new local Urgent Care Centre operates from the Ulster Hospital, Dundonald. It is situated on the level below the Emergency Department. It is open daily from 8am to 6pm.

The unit will treat the following;

• Injuries to arms or legs
• Broken bones, sprains, bruises and wounds
• Bites – human, animal and insect
• Burns and scalds
• Abscesses and wound infections
• Minor head injuries
• Broken noses and nose bleeds
• Foreign bodies in the eyes and nose
