The Practice Manager is responsible for the administration of the practice and non clinical aspects of your healthcare. 

Our reception team are available to assist you with appointments, prescriptions and help with any queries you may have. They may ask you for details to prioritise your illness, these details will be treated confidentially. We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998. The receptionists do a difficult job, often multi-tasking, and we would ask you to be patient with them.
