Telephone Calls 

• The practice currently operates telephone triage every morning. The call list for our GPs opens at 8.30am in the morning and will close once capacity has been reached, if before 10.30am. You may be asked the nature of your call by our reception staff in order to help prioritise or escalate the call, if necessary.                                                                                                                

• For urgent appointments and Home Visit requests, please ring as close to 8.30am as possible to request these.
