Comments and Complaints

We have in operation a complaints procedure which is approved by the SSPG. 

We aim to provide high quality patient care. However, if you are unhappy or dissatisfied in any way with the standard of services we provide across our team and do have a complaint please tell us about it. Your complaint will be taken seriously and treated in confidence.

Any member of our staff will try to resolve your concerns straight away. If they are unable to do so and you wish to make a complaint, you can raise this with the Practice's Complaints Manager either verbally or in writing. Please mark FAO Laura Kilpatrick, Practice Manager.
